This storefront (“AgentRoam”) is operated by Multifunnels, Inc. It provides discovery and checkout for digital products — gift cards, eSIM data plans and mobile top-ups.

Merchant of record

All purchases are made from Cryptorefills B.V., which acts as the merchant of record, processes your crypto payment, delivers the product to your email, and handles any identity verification required by law. AgentRoam never holds your funds and never receives your identity documents.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to buy through AgentRoam. You are responsible for making sure that buying and using a given product is lawful where you live.

Service availability

The catalog — brands, denominations, countries — comes from our suppliers and changes without notice, so a listed product may be temporarily unavailable at checkout. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, including the AI-agent (MCP) endpoint, at any time. We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Payments

Payments are made in cryptocurrency from your own wallet to the address shown at checkout. The quoted amount is valid for the 30-minute payment window shown on the payment screen. Amounts sent on the wrong network, in the wrong currency, after expiry, or in the wrong amount may be unrecoverable or handled per Cryptorefills’ policies. Always double-check the address, network and amount in your wallet before sending.

Mobile top-ups and phone numbers

Direct top-ups are applied to the phone number you enter. Check the number and carrier carefully before paying: a completed top-up sent to a wrong but valid number usually cannot be reversed, and neither AgentRoam nor the merchant of record can recover it. Airtime PINs delivered by email are subject to the carrier’s own redemption terms.

eSIM and device compatibility

eSIM plans require an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchase. Plans are delivered as activation details by email; once delivered or activated, they are generally not refundable on grounds of device incompatibility.

Digital goods and delivery finality

Everything sold here is a digital product. An order is fulfilled when the code, PIN or eSIM activation details are delivered to the email address you provided, or when the top-up is applied to the number you provided. A delivered code is exposed on delivery, so delivered digital goods are generally final.

Refunds

Refunds and disputes are governed by Cryptorefills’ refund policy as merchant of record. Delivered gift card codes are generally non-refundable. Contact support with your order id from your order status page.

Acceptable use

You may not use AgentRoam for fraud or money laundering, pay with funds you are not entitled to, resell products in violation of an issuer’s terms, try to circumvent identity-verification thresholds or purchase limits (for example by splitting orders), or abuse the quote and order APIs beyond their documented use. We and the merchant of record may refuse, cancel or limit orders and block access to the service.

Purchases made by AI agents

Our MCP endpoint lets AI agents search the catalog and place orders. An order placed by an agent is treated as an order by the person or entity operating that agent, who accepts these terms and is responsible for the agent’s confirmations, the delivery email it provides, and the payment. Agent traffic is rate-limited and logged for abuse prevention.

Sanctions and restricted jurisdictions

The service may not be used from, or for the benefit of anyone in, jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions, or by anyone on an applicable sanctions list (including OFAC lists). Specific products may be unavailable in specific countries, and the merchant of record may decline orders where required to comply with the law.

Third-party provider terms

Your purchase contract is with Cryptorefills B.V., whose own terms of service and privacy policy (available on cryptorefills.com) govern payment processing, fulfilment, identity verification and refunds. Delivered products are additionally governed by the issuing brand’s or carrier’s own terms.

Brands

All brand names and logos are property of their respective owners, which do not sponsor or endorse this site. Gift cards are subject to the issuing brand’s own terms.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multifunnels, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses caused by payments sent to a wrong address, network or phone number, and our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where that is the case, these limits apply only to the extent permitted, and your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Your purchase contract with the merchant of record is governed by Cryptorefills’ own terms. Mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence may still apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be indicated on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
