How AgentRoam works, and who stands behind it.

AgentRoam sells travel eSIMs, gift cards and airtime for crypto. Because crypto payments are final, we keep how this works transparent — here is who operates the store, how your payment is handled, and exactly what we do and do not collect.

Who operates AgentRoam

AgentRoam is operated by Multifunnels Inc. as a storefront. It lets you discover products and pay with crypto, and it exposes the same catalog to AI agents through AgentRoam MCP.

Cryptorefills is the merchant of record

Every purchase is made from Cryptorefills B.V., which acts as the merchant of record: it processes your crypto payment, delivers the product to your email, and handles any identity verification required by law. AgentRoam never holds your funds and never receives your identity documents.

How payments work

You pay from your own wallet — AgentRoam is non-custodial. At checkout you choose a coin and network and are shown the exact amount and address plus a payment window. Always send on the network shown; payments sent on the wrong network or in the wrong amount may be unrecoverable. Guest checkout is available where supported.

Before you buy

Make sure your phone supports eSIM.
Make sure your phone is carrier-unlocked.
Choose the correct coin and network.
Send the exact amount shown at checkout.
Keep your order status page open until delivery.

Crypto payment mistakes to avoid

Wrong network. Sending USDT on Tron when you selected Solana (or the other way around) usually means the funds are lost. Always match the network shown at checkout.
Wrong amount. Send exactly the amount shown. Exchange withdrawal fees are often deducted from what arrives — pay from a self-custody wallet, or account for the fee.
Expired payment window. Quotes are valid for a limited time. If the window expired, don't send — start a new order instead.
Wrong coin. A different token on the same network will not be detected. Pay with the exact coin you selected.

Device compatibility checklist

iPhone: XS / XR (2018) and newer support eSIM.
Samsung: Galaxy S20, Note 20, Z Flip / Z Fold and newer.
Google: Pixel 3 and newer.
Quick check: dial *#06# — if an EID number appears, your phone supports eSIM.
Carrier lock: your phone must be carrier-unlocked; some company-managed devices block eSIM installation.

What we collect

A delivery emailSo your eSIM QR code or gift-card code has somewhere to go.
A phone number (airtime only)Required to credit a mobile top-up to the right number.
On-chain payment detailsThe coin, network and amount you send — visible on the public blockchain either way.

What we never collect

Your cryptoAgentRoam is non-custodial. You pay straight from your own wallet; funds are never held by us.
Your identity documentsWhen verification is required by law, it happens on Cryptorefills' own secure pages — we never see or store your documents.
Card or bank detailsThere is no card or bank step. Payment is crypto, from your wallet.

Verification

Most orders are guest checkout. Above certain regulatory limits, or where the law requires it, identity verification may be requested — and it is handled directly by Cryptorefills on their secure pages, not by AgentRoam.

Delivery & device compatibility

Delivery usually happens after your on-chain payment is confirmed — your eSIM QR code or code arrives by email and on your order page, typically within minutes. For eSIMs, your device must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked.

Refunds & problems

Crypto payments are final and cannot be reversed by AgentRoam. If an order does not deliver, or something goes wrong, contact us with your order ID and we will work with Cryptorefills, the merchant of record, to resolve it. See Support for common issues and how to reach us.
